He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Luketic and Catherine Luketic (Kesser); and his sister Virginia "Ginger" Luketic Elder. He is survived by: his sons, Emmett (Katie Baurnes) of McKeesport and Travis (Alyssa) of McKeesport; his grandson Devin; his siblings, Edward Luketic (Naleen) of McKeesport, Eugene Luketic (Margaret) of White Oak and Kathleen Hartos (Kenneth) of Elizabeth Twp; and his siblings' children, Andrea Cartwright (Pete), Karissa Hornak (Jack), Joshua Hartos (Jean McNeilis), Bethany Kowalski (Seth), Vincent Luketic (Amber), Stephen Luketic, Deena Luketic and Brendan Elder.
