He is survived by: his wife Rose Yates of Millbury, OH; his children, Robert "Robbie" Yates (Cara Mazurek) of Millbury, OH and Melissa Yates of Millbury, OH; his father Gilbert "Gil" Yates of Arkport; and his siblings, Sharon Meinking (Willy) of Almond, Mindy Perry of Hartsville, Brenda Abrams (Randy) of Bath, Cyndi Gula (Ron) of Ellicott City, MD, Daniel Yates (Terry) of Batavia, NY and Michael Yates (Shari) of North Tonawanda, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
