He was predeceased by: his parents, John Squires and Clara Squires (Jakoski); and his brother Jack Squires. He is survived by: his wife Irene M. Squires (Kustra); his children, Linda Gibala (Robert) of McKeesport, Robert Squires, Jr. (Arlene) of White Oak and David Squires (Lisa) of Pelham, AL; and his brother Theodore "Ted" Squires (Loretta) of McKeesport. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
