He is survived by: his wife Loretta Squires (Kuznar); his daughters, Karen Kustra (Ray), Sharon "Sherri" Estrada (Mike), Lorraine "Lori" Kudla (Mark) and Dona Alverson (Lee); his grandchildren, Tom, Stephen, Amanda, Rachel and Amy; and his great grandchild Hazel.
