She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Curcio and Ann Curcio (Cortes); her husband Arthur L. Kozlowski; and her siblings, Frank Curcio, Rose Marie O'Toole and Eleanor Permigiani.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence D. Kozlowski (Cecelia Pecora) of Elizabeth Township, Sandra R. Jones (James) of Apollo and Marcia L. Seiffert (Jeffrey) of Forest Hills; her brother Basil Curcio (Carol) of Valley Center, CA; her grandchildren, Haley Kozlowski (Todd Ondeck), Jessica Spithaler (Bob), Jayme Nies (Keith), Stephanie Interliggi (Tom) and Mack Seiffert; her great grandchildren, Ava, Ivy, Evan, Grant, Nina and Carmen; and her daughter Dianna Saello. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and devoted caregiver.
