He is survived by: his parent Cecelia McCombs, Sr. (McClelland); his sons, Roy A. of Columbia, TN, Michael T. (Nanci) of Pittsburgh and Vance "Beau" (Francie) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Melissa, Brittany, Roy, Hope, Collin, Andrew, Cole, Mikayla, Jeremy and Madison; his great grandchildren, Braden and Roy; and his sister Myrna Kelly (Glenn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
