He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Palmer and Rosaria Palmer (Previtera); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Palmer (Campbell); his daughter-in-law Pamela Palmer; and his grandson Nic Stone.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Lou Stone (John Ruffing) of Natrona Heights, Joseph Palmer of Bremerton, WA, Vincent Palmer (Gloria) of Natrona Heights and Louis Palmer (Mary Castelli) of Penn Hills. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also nieces and nephews.
