He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Phillips, Jr. and Veronica Phillips (Grabill). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Phillips (Rowles); his son William H. Phillips, IV (Natasha) of McKeesport; his sister Susan Walters (Tim) of White Oak; and his pets, Simba, Gizmo and Gene.
