She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Dominick and Carol Dominick (Johns); and her husband Rick. She is survived by: her children, Isaac Fox of Meadville and Jenna Fox of Seward, Pennsylvania; her granddaughter Kaydence Fox; and her siblings, Cindy Tirpak of Meadville, Renee Dominick of Saegertown and Dennis Dominick (Kelly) of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
