We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2024, at the age of 89, Betty Southworth of Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Betty departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Betty. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arden Betts and Cora Shipman Betts; her husband Lawrence Southworth (Shorty); and her grandsons, Clyde Fashbaugh and C. J. Southworth.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Petruso of Meadville, Clyde Southworth (Kim) of Tupelo, MS and Karen Southworth of St. Helens, OR.
