She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Collins and Bernice Collins (Stine); her siblings, Michelle Ackerman and John Collins; and her brother-in-law Steve Ackerman.
She is survived by: her husband Allan E. Fitzsimmons of Cochranton; her son Shawn A. Fitzsimmons of Conneautville; her grandson Brady S. Fitzsimmons (Trestan) of Cochranton; her brother Clifford Collins (Pam) of Alabama; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Ann Kralj of Meadville, Tamara Lyn Fitzsimmons of Meadville, Wanda Collins of Cincinnati, OH and Kenneth G. Fitzsimmons (Charlene) of Naples, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
