Denise Dolores Schoenfeldt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Dolores Schoenfeldt of Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Eleanor Drongosky (Post) and Benjamin Drongosky; and her aunt Gladys Franz. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Danielle Schoenfeldt (Jim Cihon) of Erie, Brendan, Aidan, Connor, Darcie Schoenfeldt (Andrew Pastor) of Meadville, Claire (Chris DiPerna) and Ella; her grandchild Luca; and her brother Ben Drongosky (Carol) of Amherst, NY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, several "adopted" daughters.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar St. Hippolyte Church (26012 N Frenchtown Rd, Guys Mills, PA 16327). A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Denise's memory to the Stained Glass Window project in care of St. Hippolyte Church, 25997 Route 27, Guys Mills, PA 16327 OR the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center, 10201 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44195.
