Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar John and Mercades "Terry" Roberts (Bollman); and his sister Theresa E. Kelly (Paul). He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Chess of Meadville; his daughter Heather A. Young (Eric) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandsons, Tyler Young (Lisa) of Yorktown, VA and Alec Young of Yorktown, VA; and his sister Carol Scavotto (Stephen) of Amelia Island, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many close life long friends.
