She was predeceased by: her husband Frank O. Simmons; and her sons, Larry, Frank and Edward Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Donna Rodgers (Mark) of Rose Hill, KS, Tracy Palka of Meadville, PA, Gary Simmons (Betsy) of Meadville, PA, Lloyd Simmons of Meadville, PA, Clarence Simmons (Debbie) of Atlantic, PA, Wayne Simmons (Pam Riley) of Geneva, PA and Richard Simmons of Meadville, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
