She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Smith and Agnes A. Baird; her husband John R. Tracy; her daughter Cindy Liepins; her brother Richard Smith (Virginia); and her son-in-law Dan Perry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana L. Perry of Cochranton and Kathryn Spataro (John) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Marissa Spataro (Victoria), Megan Hays (Troy), Andrea Sheckler (Travis), Lindsey Jones (Jerry) and Carly Spataro (Akash); her great grandchildren, Emilee McDonough (Bryce), Alivia Hays, Aubrey Sheckler, Mara Sheckler, Ryder Jones, Aria Chanda and Anika Chanda; her brother Robert Smith (Kay) of Meadville; her son-in-law Ilmars "Chico" Liepins; her close friends, Karen Barr, Dottie Grater, Charlene Horvat and Lukay Weatherby Traylor; her nephew Dan Smith; and her great-niece Emily Smith. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (544 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
