He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth G. Pressey and Sara H. Pressey; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Bickett of Bardstown, KY.; his grandson Kenneth Heflin of Bardstown, KY; his brother-in-law Daniel Kaufman; and his sibling's children, Kimberly Boozell of Newark, OH and Phillip Kaufman.
