He was predeceased by : his parents, Gaylord Bradley and Helen Bradley (Hock); his siblings, Jean Moses, Donna Shesky, Carolyn Ezor and Michael Bradley; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Murphy Sobota, Margaret Bradley, Fred Ezor and Frank Sobota.

He is survived by : his wife Sheila; his children, Kimberly Hoffman (Kenneth) and James R. Bradley; his grandchildren, Rebecca Hoffman, James B. Bradley and Jennifer Hoffman; his brothers, Gary of Linesville and Ronald (Barbara) of Meadville; his brothers-in-law, Mark Murphy (Betsy) of Saegertown and Stan Shesky; and his friends, Tom and Patty McClintock of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
