He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kerr and Anne Kerr (Corrigan); his son Matthew James Kerr; and his siblings, Joyce Beatty and Robert Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McMahan; his son Ryan Kerr (Deborah) of Hadley; his siblings, Christine Keeley of Greenville, Catherine Kerr of Greenville and Paul Kerr (Bridget) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Victoria Barabas (Michael), Devin Kerr, Damon Kerr and Dylan Kerr; and his great grandchildren, Wynslow Barabas, Oliver Barabas and Leland Barabas.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM. The military honors was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stevenson Cemetery.
