She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donovan Hower and Marjorie Sneddon; and her siblings-in-law, Joanne Hower, Gloria Hower and Robert Sneddon.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa McCarty (Naylor); her son-in-law Andrew McCarty; her granddaughter Catherine "Katie" McCarty of Mechanicsburg; and her brother Frederick Hower. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
