He is survived by: his sons, Michael A. Stewart (Michelle) of Middletown, PA and Jeffrey S. Stewart of Castle Rock, CO; his brother Thomas Stewart of Indiana, PA; and his grandchildren, Jack R. Stewart, Kristen M. Stewart and Megan E. Stewart.
