It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ronald Burgard of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Monroe and Evelyn Louise Burgard (Sipe); and his daughter Dawn Renee Warfield. He is survived by: his wife B. Dianne Burgard (Whalen); his son Donald R. Burgard (Anne); his siblings, Patricia A. Fetter, Carole M. Bender, Jean L. Baish (Denny) and David M. Burgard (Kim); his grandchildren, Robert A. Burgard, Holly R. Hoy (Zac) and Cassandra D. Werner (Evan); and his great grandchild Marlowe Anne Werner.
