He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Lewis and Catherine M. Lewis (Reilly); and his siblings, Bernard Lewis and Mary Elizabeth Burke. He is survived by: his wife Lois Lewis (Kuhn); and his children, Sharon Miner (Eric) of Pine Meadow, CT, Rebecca Jackson (Keith) of Pittsburgh, David Lewis (Lori) of Mechanicsburg and Mark Lewis (Denise) of Mandeville, LA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
