He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Louis Kostjal, Sr. and Katie Wolf (Leininger). He is survived by: his children, George N. Kostjal (Beth) of New Cumberland and Angela Benner (Eric) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Genna Bowermaster (Michael), Blakeley Kostjal and Quinn Benner; his close friend Barbara Rider of Mechanicsburg; and his siblings, Edward Kostjal, Jr. (Elizabeth), Lois Morgan (Fred), Connie Kohr, Rebecca and Susan.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buhrig's Gathering Place (25 E Main St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). The military honors was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
