He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Lehmer and Helen McCalister Lehmer; and his siblings, Larry Lehmer and Jeanne L. Schwartz. He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Lehmer; his sons, Charles L. Bishop of Camp Hill and Stephen L. Bishop (Melissa) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Andrew, Gregory, Abigail and Elizabeth; and his uncle Marlin Lehmer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
