James P. Filkosky Obituary
We bid farewell to James P. Filkosky of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 11, 2025 at the age of 86. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter James Filkosky and Rosemary Filkosky (French). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Filkosky (Cuddy); his children, James P. Filkosky, Jr. (Christine Cucinotta) of West Chester, PA, Kelly Eckroth (Todd) of Mechanicsburg and Andrew Filkosky of New Cumberland; his grandchildren, Lily, Gabrielle Eckroth, Marielle, Violet, Gemma and Luca Filkosky; and his sisters, Janet Sloyer of Reading and Carol Lied of Coatesville.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (400 E Simpson St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
