It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen I. (Kniager) Grossman in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Kniager and Edna Kniager (Milden); her sister Lois Segal; her niece Lisa Kunz; her cousin Randy Milden; her friend Rosalie Garcia; and her pet Molly.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Allan Grossman (Annette) and Kelly Cameron (Alex); her grandsons, Andrew Grossman (Tiffany) and Alec Grossman (Kayla); her great grandchild Mason Grossman; her sister Beverly Brenner (Malcom); her niece Debbi Roy; her great-nieces, Jessica Roy and Jennifer Thompson (Pete); her great-nephew Louis; and her nephews, David Segal, Rob and Gary Brenner.
In lieu of flowers, expression of sympathy may be made in Karen's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
