He was predeceased by: his wife Wava Elaine Platt Allen; his mother Clara Edith Allen Crawford of Farrandsville; his daughter Yvonne M Allen of Campbell, NY; and his siblings, Patricia Hamilton, Kathryn Treas, Melvin Crawford, Eleanor Crawford, Shirley Butler, Harry Thomas Crawford, William Crawford and Richard Crawford.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Harvey (Charles) of Lansdale, PA and Ken Allen (Wendy) of Camp Hill, PA; his granddaughters, Amanda Osterberger (Joseph) of Pittsburgh, PA and Emily Born (Jason) of Pittsburgh, PA; his daughter Sarah Harvey of Washington, PA; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Saylor and Skylar; and his siblings, Barbara Dauberman of Mill Hall and Larry Crawford of Lamar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
