She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Filmore Sheaffer and Mabel Blanche Sheaffer (Jumper); her husband Don Alvin Bair; her sons, Richard "Rick" Bair and Don Bair, Jr.; and her siblings, Wesley, Harvey, Marlin Sheaffer, Pearl Bretz, Betty Hanes, Ivy Mahoney, Dorothy Hill and Florence Wiley.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal L. Hull (Mark); her grandchildren, Tucker R. Hull (Kandice), Ashley L. Cunningham (Johnny) and Don A. Bair, III (Emma); and her great grandchildren, Cooper and Eleanor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at 5225 Wilson Ln, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
Memorial donations in Lucy's name can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Humanity Gifts Registry, or Bethany Village through the Asbury Foundation.
