She was predeceased by: her canine Heidi. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Bernazzani and Therese Bernazzani of Mechanicsburg, PA; her brothers, Bobby Shasta of Mineola and Christopher Bernazzani of St. James; and her pet Pickles.

Over the years, Maureen had several careers which she enjoyed, including giving smiles to those who needed them by delivering flowers, providing extra help to those who needed it as a caretaker, and helping people who wanted to donate blood as a phlebotomist.
