She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Weaver and Helen E. Weaver (Dorman); her husband Ned M. Rupp; her son Ned E. Rupp; her siblings, Bruce E. Weaver and Judy M. Mutzabaugh (Weaver); her son Bard A. Rupp (Kelly) of Dillsburg; her granddaughters, Sarah, Jennifer, Karen and Hannah; her brother Harold Weaver; and her siblings-in-law, Sam Rupp and Joann Rupp.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (626 Williams Grove Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity close to her heart of your choice.
