He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn A. Holben (Peterson) and Roy Holben; his siblings, Ronald and Gloria Mathews; and his brother-in-law John Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne E. (Miller); his sons, Richard, Jr. and Douglas A. (Phyllis R.); his granddaughter Olivia Katherine; and his siblings, James Gehris (Cindy), William Gehris (Lynda), Charles Gehris (Ellen) and Margaret Campbell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106).
