He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ballance and Jenny Ballance. He is survived by: his children, Carley Ware of Columbia, SC, Nick Truchon of Mechanicsburg and Austin Ballance of Carlisle; and his sister Mary Ballance.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home (630 S Hanover St, Carlisle, PA 17013). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
