She was predeceased by : her parents, James Blair and Lavada Stombaugh (Over); her husband Anthony "Tony" J. Servinsky; her son Karl Servinsky; her siblings, Bill, Clifford, Jack, Betty, Jimmy and Catherine Stombaugh; and her half-sister Reba Wareham.
She is survived by : her children, Mark Servinsky (Jane) of Holland, Mich, James Servinsky (Robert Servinsky), Timothy Servinsky Sr. (Karen) of Marysville and Pamela Servinsky Carr of Hummelstown; her daughter-in-law Jennie Servinsky of Mifflinburg; her grandchildren, Timothy Jr., Caroline, David, Sarah, Emily and Anna; and her siblings, Ramona Sweeney of Portage, Joan Reese (Roger) of Va, Mary Rzesut (Joseph) of Ohio, Ted Stombaugh of Ohio, Ken Stombaugh (JoAnn) of Va and Dennis Stombaugh of Beaverdale. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
