He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Williams (Bohn) and Clarence N. Palmer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Christy A. Carbaugh; his daughters, Megan Hurley (Steven) and Brittany Palmer; his stepdaughters, Ashlyn Geedy (Jake) and Leah Howard (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Lillianna, Emma, Brayden, Elijah, Jayce, Sophia, Leah and Auriella; and his siblings, Stephen Palmer (Kathy), Deborah Upperman (Larry), David Palmer (Pam) and Judy Mumper (Alan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
