He is survived by : his wife Betsy Earley; his sister-in-law Becky Matthews; his brother Wayne Matthews; his sister-in-law JoAnne Matthews; his nieces, Ashley Clay and Shelby Ball; his nephew Cody Matthews; and his aunt Phyllis Tomes.
