He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jim Cook (Karen), Jenny Le Sage (Michael) and Amy Olin (Todd); his grandchildren, Mitchell Le Sage (Emily), Maddie Goodwin (Edward), Blake Wilson, Casey Cook (Will Ross) and Drew Cook; and his great grandchild Townes Goodwin.
