Fazenbaker, Tina Livengood (Leonard) and Lisa Schardt (Dave); and her grandchildren, Justin Schardt (Jaci), Joshua Schardt (Nichole), Kayden Livengood, Dereck Fazenbaker, Nathan Fazenbaker and Kayla Livengood (Joshua). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
