He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Johnson; his daughter-in-law Noemi Beachy of Winfield; his daughter Samantha A. Beachy of Mifflinburg; his grandchildren, Brittany K. (Steven Hohman), Duane B. Beachy II and Dakota M. Beachy; his great grandchildren, Brynn A. Hohman and Syris M. Hohman; his brother Raymond; his sister-in-law Rachel Beachy of Winfield; his sisters, Barbara (Daniel Chupp), Virginia and Rebecca (Leroy Hostetler); and his sister-in-law Barbara Beachy of Dover, Delaware. He is also survived by his wife of 51 years, are one son.
