He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Frederick Payne (James Payne) and George Guffey, Sr.; and his wife Doris L. Aikey. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Bailey; his son-in-law Chris; his granddaughter Emma of Lewisburg; and his brother Michael Guffey.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Lewisburg Cemetery (201 S 7th St, Lewisburg, PA 17837).
