She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Samuel Showers and Florence L. Showers (Campbell); her husband Robert D. Poust, Sr.; and her stepfather Eugene R. Renn. She is survived by: her children, Jeannie N. (Timothy Sommers), Florence J. Poust of Lewisburg and Robert D. Poust Jr. (Billie Jo Raker) of Mifflinburg; her grandchildren, Alexa Rae Davidson (Neil Davidson), Nathan Z. Poust (Jessica Heimbach) and Alisa Rose Poust (Tony E. Richart); and her great grandchildren, Blake C. Poust and Everleigh Richart.
