He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Jack" Hoey and Ruth Irene Hoey (Miller); his siblings, Harold "Sonny" Hoey, Jr., Marion "Sis" Rovenolt and William "Bo" Hoey; and his brother-in-law Tom Hall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Stanko (Tom) of Pittsburgh, Celena Hoey of Baltimore, MD and Michele Hoey of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jack, Erin and Dorothy; his siblings, Mary Hall, Walter "Nood" Hoey (Shelly) and Jackie Hoey; his brother-in-law Wayne Rovenolt; and his close friends, John Klopf, Brenda Santos and Kelly Spengler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kenneth's memory may be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
