He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Wagner and Margaret Wagner (Young); his siblings, Bob, Ed, Fred and Janet Wagner Milroy; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn, Leona Wagner and Winston Libby.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean F. Wagner (Hackenberg); his children, H. David Wagner of Mazeppa, James Wagner (Pam Deem) of Winfield, Terri (Mike Miller) of Mifflinburg and Jeff (Angie Wagner) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Adam, Brent, Amanda, Brynn, Lance, Haley and Erin; his great grandchildren, Madison, Dezmond, Chase, Jailyn, Addlee, Acelynn, Zoey, Brock and Jocelyn; his siblings, Dave (Shelvia) of Mifflinburg, Tom (Elaine) of Lewisburg and Ginny Libby of DuBois; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Wagner of Oklahoma and Lyman Milroy of South Williamsport. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
