It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Alice Deihl of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Knouse and Catherine Knouse (Irwin). She is survived by: her sons, Tom Deihl (Mary Elizabeth) of Mifflinburg and Brad Deihl (Amy Sue) of Willow Street; her grandchildren, Brian Deihl (Tiffany), Allyson Deihl and Ben Deihl; her great grandchildren, Jack and Elizabeth; and her brother David Knouse (Donna) of North Ridgeville, OH.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary Alice's memory may be sent to Evangelical Community Hospital, One Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
