He is survived by: his wife Patricia Middlesworth; his pet Benson; his daughter Latisha "Tish"; his son-in-law William Kerstetter; his grandchildren, Mandy Umbel, Donny Hallenbeck, Stacey, Shawn Moyer, Adam Umbel, Jeri Pfleegor, Kaleb Kerstetter and Megan Sholly; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Devin, Blake, Keian, Kera, Lyla, Taylor and Jase; his great great grandchild Keian Jr.; his children, Janelle Long, Randy Swartz, Chris Long, Wanda Jones, Bo Gantt and Sherri Warren; his grandchildren, Alex (Melvin Martin), Dylan Swartz (Leanna Troyer), Natalie, Olivia, Allison Long, Greenleigh and Grayden Gantt; and his sister Janet Wagner of Mustang, Oklahoma.
