He was predeceased by : his parent Carl W.. He is survived by : his parent Rebecca M. Singer (Kepner); his wife Nora Ella Singer (Bashore); his sons, Rick B. Singer (Kathy) of Mifflintown, Lawrence L. Singer (Laurie) of Chambersburg and Andrew E. Singer (Martie) of Mifflintown; his significant other Barbara Dysinger of Mifflintown; his grandson Ben M. Singer; and his brothers, Jack Singer, Bradie K. Singer, Gerald Singer and Clinton C. "Bud" Singer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
