He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair W. Porch and Violet V. Porch (Shultz); and his brother Robert Porch. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Porch (Wagner); his stepchildren, Tracy E. Affeldt (Chris) of Virginia and W. Brian Stuter (Marie) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Zachary Sweitzer, William Sweitzer Jr., Mason Sweitzer, Christopher Porch, Curtis Snook, Morgan Snook, Jessica Goss, Mary Davenport, James Kenepp, Nathan Affeldt, Rachel Dyl, Emily Bowden, Alexis Reimer and Alexander Stuter; and his siblings, Joseph Porch (Robin) of McVeytown, Gloria Kline (Garry) of Lewistown, Jack Porch (Sandy) of Granville and Francis Collins (Dan) of Cairo, GA. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Pine Glen Church of the Brethren (61 Pine Glenn Rd, Lewistown, PA 17044).
