He is survived by : his mother Janet Eiswerth (Watts); his sister Tara Tyson; his aunts and uncles, Candy Maready, Dusty Watts, Timothy Berry, Donitta Watts (Linden), Barb Tompkins (Dean), Mary Eiswerth and Emerson Eiswerth Williamsport; his nieces and nephews, Abien Berry (Alexa), Quyn Berry (Montgomery), Kadyn Berry, Chey Zinck, Hunter Zinck, Zoey Tyson and Harper Tyson of Millersburg; his great-niece Ivalena Berry; his aunt Lee Ann Berry; and his uncles, Lindsey Watts and Paul Eiswerth.
