It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ruth Neubold of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Shepley and Grace Shepley (Novinger); and her husband Richard Neubold. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Snyder (Ricky) of Millersburg and Donna L. Seibert (Charles) of Millersburg; her cousin Bill Novinger; her grandchildren, Dwayne Seibert, Michael Seibert (Crystal), Amy Snyder and Allison Hoover (John); and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Alexa, Ian, Grace, John, Alliyiah, Jayelynn, Aiden and Kinsley.
