He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Forney and Esther Forney. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Lisa Zerby (Steve) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Denise Hoke (David) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Gary Forney (Jodi) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Brett, Brent Forney, Tyler, Kylie Hoke, Taryn and Ashley Zerby; and his brother Vaughn Forney of Millersburg.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the David's Community Bible Church (1072 PA-25, Millersburg, PA 17061). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
