He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Shiffer and Carrie Shiffer (Row); and his wife Anna Shiffer (Stoneroad). He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Warshefski (Keith) of Millersburg and Kathy Shoop (Jim) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Megan McCreary (Ben), Kayla Harbert (James), Eli Shoop (Danielle) and Ike Shoop; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Hannah; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taden and Archer; and his brother Eugene L. Shiffer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, PO Box 415, Millersburg, PA 17061.
